Shipping policy

Shipping:

Our estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are below:

Ground shipping - ship within 2-6 days, and once shipped it will be delivered within 8 business days

Express shipping - ship within 3-5 days, and once shipped it will be delivered within 6 business days

Your order will be delivered within 14 business days (provided there are no shipping delays on the carrier's end).

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive a parcel after a "delivery" notice is issued.

You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost.

Tracking:

Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number. Please check your tracking number in a different carrier's website.

If you are still unable to see tracking updates, please email us at support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces) so we can assist you further.

“Returned to sender”

We cannot reroute orders that have been marked as 'Returned to Sender'. Orders can be returned to us by the carrier for several reasons including issues with the address provided or if the item was not claimed for several business days after being made available for customer pick-up.

Please email us at support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces) so we can assist you further if you suspect this to be the reason your order has not arrived. Note that if shipping was paid on the order, this cost is not eligible for a refund.

Orders marked “delivered,” but not received:

Please reach out to us at support @ Arcanum culture.com (no spaces) if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it.

Returns and refunds:

Please note that in some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on the tracking but still take a couple of days to physically arrive.

Please contact us via email to request a refund (less nonrefundable fees) or replacement, and we will gladly assist you in the process. We can be reached at: support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces).

We offer returns for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back with a prepaid label. The following conditions apply:

• We charge a small return label fee ($10) to cover postage and restocking that applies to all returns. 
• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, with the hang tags attached.
• You'll have 30 days to drop your items off at the post office after receiving your return label.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as charge-backs/credits (as applicable). 
• If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces) and include images of the damage.
• We do not offer return labels for international orders. 

Your refund will be issued once the return has been settled after arrival and inspection at our warehouse (typically 3-5 business days after the return has been delivered).
