Returns, refunds & replacements

Not to be dramatic, but in the best interest of the health of humanity, we are not currently offering exchanges for incorrect fit. Please be sure you have read the sizing information offered on the product pages before placing your order.

We work with high-quality partners, but hey, we’re all human in this incarnation! If there was an error, other than fit, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive what you purchased. We do ask that you have a bit of patience as we process your return and ship your order.

Please contact us via email to request a refund (less nonrefundable fees) or replacement, and we will gladly assist you in the process. We can be reached at: support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces).

We offer returns for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back with a prepaid label. The following conditions apply:

• We charge a small return label fee ($10) to cover postage and restocking that applies to all returns. 
• The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, with the hang tags attached.
• You'll have 30 days to drop your items off at the post office after receiving your return label.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as charge-backs/credits (as applicable). 
• If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at support @ arcanum culture.com (no spaces) and include images of the damage.
• We do not offer return labels for international orders. 

Your refund will be issued once the return has been settled after arrival and inspection at our warehouse (typically 3-5 business days after the return has been delivered).

Your shirt’s life story

Arcanum Culture t-shirts are printed on quality materials with eco-friendly inks, right here in the USA. We seek the most eco-friendly and human-friendly printing processes possible. The materials and fit of our shirts are chosen to represent a comfortable fit standard sizing as seen in unisex or men’s sizing charts, but with some stretch to the fabric to give ALL bodies a comfortable style. To get the maximum wear from your shirt, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water when possible, and lying flat or hanging to dry.

Payments types

We currently accept most standard forms of payment, including: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, etc.

Back-ordered & discontinued items

We do our best to keep inventory in stock.  All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.

Refunds & discounts

Coupon codes can be applied during checkout. Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking; orders found with stacked coupons may be voided.

Product descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Missing package?  We can help!

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by the shipping provider, send us an email with your name and order number. We will always seek to assist in tracking down your order.

If the shipping provider has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call the shipping provider, open a case for non-receipt of product, and send us the case number.

Boring details

Risk of Loss: The title of all goods transfers to the buyer at the point of destination.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at our parent site or other auxiliary websites shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Rochester, New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
